Terms of Auto Payment Membership

§1. Membership Usage and Misuse:
An auto payment membership is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the member unless the membership is a 30 Clip Card, which can be shared with friends and relatives. Misuse of membership will result in a fee of 1,000 DKK. A membership cannot be transferred to another person. The member’s personal data is kept to determine the member's identity. Changes in personal data, e.g., name, address, e-mail, phone number, credit card number, etc., must immediately be announced to Bikram Yoga Roskilde. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure Bikram Yoga Roskilde has the correct information.

§2. Registration Fee:
A one-time registration fee of 150 DKK is required upon enrollment for setting up automatic payments. This fee ensures that your membership is managed seamlessly, allowing you to focus on your yoga practice.

§3. Discounted Memberships:
If special arrangements allow discounts on auto-payment memberships, valid documentation must be shown when required by Bikram Yoga Roskilde. If there is a lack of documentation, the membership will rise to Bikram Yoga Roskilde’s current standard price without further notice.

§4. Membership Duration:
An auto-payment membership is an ongoing membership that continues until it is terminated in accordance with §9.

§5. Payment:
Members can enroll in the auto-payment membership either online or in the studio. When signing up online, the member must complete the registration process and pay the sign-up fee to initiate their membership. If enrolling in person at the studio, the member will also complete and sign the auto-payment agreement at that time. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure all information is accurately submitted, whether registering online or in the studio.

§6. Late Payment:
If the recurring payment with an auto-payment membership is not paid before the agreed deadline, a reminder is sent to the member, and a reminder fee of 100 DKK will be charged. If the member does not pay within 10 days after the due date of payment, Bikram Yoga Roskilde has the right to invalidate the membership without notice, and Bikram Yoga Roskilde reserves the right to immediately charge the fee for the remaining relevant period of the membership. The member’s admission card is canceled until the payment has been made in full.

§7. Price Changes:
Price changes are announced individually to the member no later than 75 days before they come into effect. If the member does not want to maintain their membership after this because of the price changes, the member is entitled to give notice to terminate their membership in accordance with §9.

§8. Membership Hold:
The Monthly Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 calendar month and a maximum of 3 calendar months. The hold period can only start on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month. A hold notice must be given with a notice of the current month plus one whole month, and the notice is valid from the day the hold fee of 100 DKK is paid at the studio and the hold agreement has been signed by the student.

§9. Termination:
An auto-payment membership can always be terminated with a notice period of the current month plus one whole month before the upcoming renewal of the membership. The termination notice must be in writing and signed with name and date. It must also be filled out in person at Bikram Yoga Roskilde. The termination is current from when Bikram Yoga Roskilde receives the notice. If any doubt should occur concerning whether the membership is terminated, the member must be able to prove the termination request.

§10. Underage Members:
A person under the age of 18 years can only get an auto-payment membership through a guardian. The guardian must create the auto-payment agreement for the underaged student on the guardian’s account.

§11. Exclusion:
Bikram Yoga Roskilde can terminate any form of agreement concerning the membership without further notice. In case of Bikram Yoga Roskilde’s termination, all unused prepayments will be reimbursed. No payment will be reimbursed if membership termination is due to breaking the rules or unacceptable behaviors. Lending out auto-payment memberships repeatedly or engaging in discrimination at Bikram Yoga Roskilde is considered breaking the rules or unacceptable behavior.

§12. Changes to Terms:
Bikram Yoga Roskilde can change the membership terms with a 75-day notice. In case of significant changes in membership terms, an individual notice will be given to the member. If the member does not wish to continue the auto-payment membership because of the changes, the member is entitled to terminate the membership after the procedure in Section §9. Bikram Yoga Roskilde reserves the right to make changes such as activities in the studio, change of location, change of studio rooms, and change of class times and types without giving notice to the members.
